Orient continues to expand its iconic Sports Collection with new additions to the Diver Design series. Enthusiasts frequently refer to these sports models by nicknames like Kamasu.

The latest models include the reference numbers RA-AA0824L, RA-AA0825S, RA-AA0826Y, and RA-AA0827V. These timepieces combine retro dive aesthetics with reliable modern watchmaking standards.
These watches offer you everyday versatility and outdoor durability. Orient draws inspiration from its historic diver watch heritage dating back to the 1960s.
Specification

The brand blends retro tool-watch aesthetics with modern functional upgrades for active lifestyles. These watches effortlessly transition from casual aquatic activities to professional daily environments.
Every model in this four-piece lineup features identical stainless steel case construction. The polished and brushed case measures 41.8mm in diameter.
The lug-to-lug height measures 46.8mm across the wrist. The overall case thickness comes in at a slim 12.8mm.

A screw-down crown and solid screw-down caseback protect the internal mechanical movement. The steel caseback showcases Orient’s signature engraved dolphin icon motif.
Water resistance reaches 20 bar, which equates to 200 meters of depth. This rating makes the timepiece ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and general water sports.
However, Orient notes these pieces are not ISO-standard certified diver watches. A scratch-resistant flat sapphire crystal glass covers the dial for optimal visual protection.

A uni-directional rotating bezel surrounds the crystal to measure elapsed time effectively.
Orient pairs each watch with a durable 3-link stainless steel bracelet made from SUS316L alloy. The bracelet measures 22mm in width at the case lugs. It fastens securely with a trifold deployant buckle featuring a safety latch and push buttons.
Dial and Movement

The dial design utilizes bold applied bar indices filled with high-intensity Luminous Light. Bold arrow-shaped hour hands and long diamond-tipped minute hands provide quick legibility in darkness.
A day and date display window sits at the 3 o’clock position. The dial surfaces feature a fine metallic texture with a dynamic sunburst finish. Light reflects off the sunburst texture to create shifting visual depth under illumination.

Orient equips each watch with its reliable in-house automatic caliber F6922 movement. This self-winding mechanical movement features 22 synthetic jewels and supports hand-winding functionality.
The second-hand hacking feature allows precise time setting against a reference signal. It delivers a stable accuracy rate between +25 seconds ~ -15 seconds per day. The mainspring stores a power reserve lasting over 40 hours when fully wound.
Orient Diver Design “Kamasu” RA-AA0824L

The RA-AA0824L model presents a vibrant blue dial color. Its soft metallic sunburst finish delivers a cool aesthetic reminiscent of shallow coastal waters.
White luminous fills the indices to contrast sharply against the light blue backdrop. A dark blue aluminum bezel insert frames the light blue dial face cleanly. This watch brings a relaxed summer feel to the classic sports watch layout.
Orient Diver Design “Kamasu” RA-AA0825S

The RA-AA0825S model offers a clean white dial with subtle metallic reflections. The crisp white background highlights the dark borders of the applied bar indices.
High-intensity Luminous Light fills the hands and markers for maximum contrast. The white dial provides the most versatile look within the new series. It pairs easily with diverse casual or formal wardrobe options.
Orient Diver Design “Kamasu” RA-AA0826Y

The RA-AA0826Y model displays a striking orange dial finish. Orange dials carry deep historic roots within functional ocean diving watch heritage.
The sunburst finish adds modern texture to the bold orange surface. Black accents on the bezel insert frame the intense dial color perfectly. This bold reference stands out as the most energetic option of the collection.
Orient Diver Design “Kamasu” RA-AA0827V

The RA-AA0827V model serves as a special seasonal 2026 Autumn-Winter release. It features a unique purple gradation dial that darkens near the outer edge.
The center of the dial glows in rich light purple before fading to black. A bright yellow central sweeping second hand creates a striking visual accent. This rich purple color scheme brings an artistic flair to the rugged sports design.
These four distinct references highlight Orient’s commitment to accessible quality in watchmaking. They combine sapphire crystal, solid water resistance, and robust mechanical movements into one complete package.
